Nutrition is just as important as your workouts. Get a nutritional plan to go along with your personal training program. Customized Nutritional Plan includes weight, body fat, lean muscle mass, and hydration level assessments. Then we calculate your caloric intake and energy expenditures based off your stats in your assessments and your activity levels. Then we put all this together in an easy-to-follow plan so you will know exactly how many times to eat, what foods to eat, and exactly how much. Let us help you get results! - 1 Month nutritional plan - $69
- 3 Month nutritional plan - $149
- 1 hour Nutritional Workshop held twice a month on Saturdays - $30 to attend and open for anyone (Do not need to be current client, current clients get a discount see the front desk) come with questions about nutrition, hydration, supplementation, calories, etc. Every workshop is different and we cover everything from what to eat and what NOT to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, how to lose weight/gain weight, how many calories, where your calories should come from, macro nutrients, etc.
