BEFIT ELITE COMPETITOR CAMP is a fitness program developed for MEN & WOMAN who want to compete in figure, physique, or bodybuilding competitions or who want to attain the body of a competitor. BEFIT BADDASS CAMPS are for anyone from an elite power lifter who wants to turn into a stage ready bodybuilder to a stay-at-home-mom who wants to look good in a bikini like a figure competitor. Competing and obtaining a stage-ready physique is not only about weight training & cardio. You must have a perfect nutritional plan and follow through all day, every day. Every human body & athlete is different and responds differently to certain things. Every program is customized to each specific athlete and their individual goals. The BEFIT ELITE CAMP creates a support group for individuals with similar goals traveling a similar fitness journey. BEFIT has partnered with several of the best health related businesses to offer our competitors guidance and discounts on competition needs & services including tanning, make-up, hair stylist, posing practice, suit designers, photography, sport massage, chiropractor services, jewelry & shoe guidance, and of course training and nutrition!

BEFIT ELITE CAMPS are held onsite at 900 S WS Young Dr, Killeen TX 76543. BEFIT, LLC is owned and operated by Ashlee & Rodney Alfred. Ashlee has a Masters in Exercise Science and 8 various personal training certifications including Nutrition & Contest Prep. Ashlee is a NPC Physique & Bodybuilding Competitor and has over 10 years' experience in the fitness industry including working at most of your big box gyms from World's Gym, 24 Hr. Fitness, Gold's Gym, & Gym X. This diversity has given Ashlee the cutting edge & best hands on learning experience of almost any trainer, coupled with 8 years of fitness education, this has earned Ashlee the knowledge and know-how to turn average into elite!!
